Through a convergence of the development and climate agenda, the CPPs aim to shift the development trajectory of climate vulnerable countries from vulnerability to prosperity.  The V20 Climate Prosperity Fellowship Program, in partnership with the Boston University Global Development Policy Center and the Centre for Sustainable Finance at SOAS, University of London, seeks to advance cooperation and engagement of officials from V20 member countries, donor countries, international institutions and philanthropy to address the challenges posed by an unfit-for-purpose global financial architecture and catalyze ambitious development-positive climate action through Climate Prosperity Plans.\nObjectives\nThe V20 Climate Prosperity Fellowship Program High-Level Event aims to:\n\nUnpack the linkages between discussions on the international financial architecture reform and national-level policy change.\nUnderstand the role that domestic policy levers can play in shifting the needle on global architecture reform;\nIdentify the obstacles that governments are facing in advancing nationally-led development-positive climate initiatives.\nUnderstand how the international institutions and other providers of climate finance support the country governments to advance development-positive climate action.\n\nOutcomes\nIn terms of outputs, the event is envisaged to produce an in- depth understanding of the linkages between global architecture reforms and development-positive climate action.\nFormat \nA 60-minute high-level, on record, invite-only panel discussion convened by the Rockefeller Foundation, the V20 Finance Ministers, the Boston University Global Development Policy Center and the Centre for Sustainable Finance at SOAS, University of London, on the margins of the Spring Meetings, with the following format.\n\nHigh-level opening\nModerated Panel Discussion\nQuestion and Answer\nClosing segment\n\nThere will also be a virtual webinar audience on Zoom and the event will be recorded and livestreamed to YouTube.\nThe event will be followed by a 60-minute Reception.\nTentative list of speakers:\n\nV20 Representative\nHigh-Level US Government Representative\nHigh-Level IFI Representative\nV20 Fellow\nRockefeller Representative\n\nAgenda \n\n\n\nTime/Duration \nAgenda Item\nPerson Responsible \n\n\n\n4:00 pm  –\n4:07 pm ET\nIntroductory Remarks\nH.E.
