TENTATIVE AGENDA

The objective of this 3-day workshop is to provide participants a solid foundation of climate change concepts, trends, and innovations ahead of the sector-specific workshops to follow in this series. This first workshop will also cover key cross-sectoral issues such as finance and technologies. The general concepts of climate change mitigation and adaptation and their relevance and practical experience to connectivity infrastructure projects will be presented. In addition, the basic concepts, sources of financing, and new instruments for climate financing applicable to infrastructure projects will be discussed.
